We welcome people interested in growing, planting, identifying, studying, researching, conserving, drawing or photographing Central Queensland Australian native plants. Native Plants Capricornia (NPC)members come from a wide background, with a range of skills and experiences: and all are happy to share their knowledge. If you are interested in cultivation, conservation and education associated with native plants, consider becoming a member and meeting like-minded people. People interested in joining are welcome to come along to a monthly meeting to find out more.
Membership fees are due on the 1st April to 31 March.
The 2018-2019 NPC fee was $10; there are student and household discounts available.

Monthly NPC meetings and excursions
Generally held on the 4th Friday each month from 7:00 pm for 2 to 2.5 hours
Held at the Frenchville State School Activity Centre, Nth Rockhampton
Plant displays and discussions
Plant identification, habitat and propagation discussions
Learning about propagating rare and unusual plants
Socialisation over a cuppa
Excursions are generally on the 1st Sunday of each month
